Before you register for the conference, please make sure you read the terms and conditions here.
You can register more than one delegate. If you are doing so, please make sure you have all the details of your additional delegates (contact details, dietary and access requirements, and workshop selections) ready to hand.
Your registration will trigger an email (subject: Your username and password info) with your username and a link to create a password. This will allow you to log back in to the system to amend your booking if you require.
You should also receive a separate email (subject: Your event registration details) confirming the details of your booking.
Finally, you will receive an email confirming details of your payment (subject: Event Payment Details). You can opt to pay by credit card, in which case your payment will be marked as “complete” or to pay by invoice, in which case your confirmation email will say payment is “incomplete”.
If you are paying by invoice, please ensure you pass the invoice along to your accounts department for immediate payment. Your booking will not be confirmed until payment is received.
